【Good news】LVGEM Zoll Hongwan Center wins Business Format Innovation Award in Mall China Golden Mall Awards 2017 Author: CHINA LVGEM

The 15th Annual Conference of Mall China International Forum & Asia-Pacific Shopping Center Service Competiveness Summit was held on 20 to 22 September 2017 at Marriot Hotel Financial Centre in Chengdu. The annual conference also marked the first time the global shopping center industry made ‘service’ the theme of the event. It allowed leading global shopping center operators to exchange ideas about how to improve services and operation capabilities.

The sharing of the latest business knowledge in the industry

During the three-day annual conference of Mall China 2017, Mr. Ho Yansheng, Deputy Manager of LVGEM Asset Management Co. Ltd, conducted site visits by a number of industry participants to Chengdu’s well-known shopping centers. They also attended forums and talks with such themes as “Improving the operation of shopping mall: creativity and ingenuity, innovation and competitiveness” and “Strengthening competitiveness” where they also exchanged ideas and learnt from others’ experience in exceptional operation and business philosophies.

LVGEM Zoll won grand award

At the “Mall China Golden Mall International Forum & the 15th Annual Awards Ceremony”, LVGEM Group’s Zoll Hongwan Shopping Center received the Mall China Golden Mall Awards 2017 Business Format Innovation Award for its foresight and innovative way to operate shopping centres in communities.

Zoll Hongwan Shopping Centre was opened on 9 January this year as an innovative shopping center for a community under LVGEM’s “Zoll” brand, featuring a smart and distinctive shopping space and allowing people to lead a varied life. Building on LVGEM Zoll’s concept of serving communities through shopping malls, Zoll Hongwan Shopping Centre innovates the way to meet a community’s daily needs.

Positioned as a community-based shopping centre, Zoll Hongwan Shopping Centre has attracted a variety of businesses as its tenants, including three anchor stores – China Resources Vanguard’s Tesco Express convenient store, MJstyle and Shenzhen International Cinema City; numerous popular restaurant brands and child education and ancillary service brands such as Sooper Builder, Readerland and ABS life. Apart from serving as a place where families can go shopping, Zoll Hongwan Shopping Centre also fulfils its civic responsibility in a community by building ‘Small Theatre for Drama of Everyday Life”, ‘Zoll Art Gallery’, ‘Zoll Health+’ and ‘Zoll Resting Place’ to provide comprehensive community-based services to the residents.

Mr. Ho Yansheng, Deputy Manager of LVGEM Asset Management Co. Ltd, exchanged ideas and shared his experience with industry leaders from Australia, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan during the Asia-Pacific Shopping Center Service Competitiveness Summit.
