Yu Liang believes that the promotion of affordable housing is mainly by the government, developers cannot plan how much they can build affordable housing. If in the future the system can make affordable housing continue operate, Vanke will be greatly involved. He said that in the future they can help the government to do something on behalf of the housing construction projects, the government is responsible for funding and land, whereas businesses responsible for housing, management fees.

Expert analyzes, with the next batch of affordable housing market coming into market, the government can gradually open up the right to operate, and the independent developer manages follow-up operations. On one hand, it can reduce the burden on the government, but also bring a stable income to the enterprise in the latter part of property services, so that the occupants benefit and achieve win-win situation.
